Superpowers at work

I am thrilled to have been asked to write a follow-up article on neurodiversity for ALARM’s July Stronger edition. Entitled Superpowers at work, it highlights what organisations can do to identify and support neurodiverse employees, how they can ensure they are recruiting from the widest possible talent pool, and what all of this might mean for engaging neurodiverse customers and service users.

How neurodiversity-friendly is your place of work?

What changes to workflow or environment could help an employee or colleague work at their best?

Does your approach to recruitment attract job applicants from the widest possible talent pool?

Part 1 can be found here: Unleash your superpowers

Superpowers at work was originally published in the July issue of stronger, the ALARM journal. ALARM is a not-for-profit membership association that has supported risk management professionals for 30 years. They provide members with outstanding support including training, guidance and best practice, networking and industry recognition for excellence across risk management.
